FLIPPIN, AR (August 29, 2002) Ranger Boats Receives Highest Customer Satisfaction Ranking In J.D Power and Associates Study for Second Straight Year

For the second straight year, Ranger Boats ranks highest among bass boat companies in customer satisfaction in the recently released J.D Power and Associates annual Boat Competitive Information StudySM.

Based on responses from nearly 12,000 2001-model year boat owners, the study provides detailed evaluations of quality and customer satisfaction in several product categories. Ranger received five out of a possible five Power Circles in every category on the J.D. Power Consumer Center Ratings (www.jdpower.com). The J.D. Power Consumer Center categories were Overall Rating, Quality and Reliability, Value for Money, Ride and Handling, Exterior and Features.
